The principle of extradition is one of the important forms of international cooperation in the fightagainst international crime, the protection of humanrights and the achievement of international peace and security; it's one of the most effective bases for enriching the rules of international criminallaw and achieving international criminal justice by bringingperpetrators to trial for theiractswhichconstitute international crimes, also all thosewhocontribute to the perpetration of the crime and do without count to the position or authority as a cause of impunity, italsocontributes to the establishment of the principle of individualcriminalliability as one of the most important international criminalnorms.
