Abstract EN

The multi-texts in penal procedures code give the authority to the criminal judge to estimate and lead the punishment into a suspended execution; towards achieving the desired goals wich do not deviate from the goal of insuring security and public safety.

The reintegration of the convict into a crime in social life and reform of the latter requires a great effort and uniform from the men of law, in order to fix the relation between him and members of the society and gain back their trust.
