Abstract EN

Through this study, we are dealing with a figure of the reform movement in western Algeria in general, and in the Sidi Bel Abbas region in particular, it concerns Sheikh Mohamed Al-Qubati, who fought for the national issue since the early years of the Algerian Muslim Scholars Association's activity with his father, then his joining the ranks of the national movement during the Second Wrold War, all the way to the liberation revolution and independence.
