The current practice of Takaful insurance business has shown that it cannot be performed without re-takaful, so the latter will enhance the activity of the Takaful insurance companies, In this study, we wanted to see if there was a positive effect of re-takaful in the activity of takaful insurance companies or not, and we did a field study at the Algerian insurance companies, We used a survey tool and some statistical methods where the results showed that re-takaful has a great role in enhancing the activity of Takaful insurance companies, as it provide protection for it and maintaining its financial position as a way to avoid the original insurance risks against an unwanted future situation.
