Statistics on the informal economy indicate that it is widespread in the national economies of many countries.

The latter sought to counter this phenomenon due to its negative effects; however, this phenomenon has a clear impact on the positive contribution to the economic development of countries.

Accordingly it was necessary to study The informal economy sector by changing the prevailing view towards it by treating it positively, and This is what has been done by the International Labor Organization and some governments and trade union organizations, by positively addressing the phenomenon using mechanisms to achieve that.

We aim through our research to try to understand the reasons of the existence of the informal economy sector, and how to find ways to reintegrate it into the formal economy in such a way that the national economy will benefit, at the same time it provides workers with social protection just like those in the formal sector.
