The private sector in the economies of the world has seen increased interest as an important alternative, as this sector has become a fundamental pillar in the course of economic development in all its dimensions, and like these countries Algeria has tended to encourage this sector, especially after the failure of the socialist system based on public institutions.

The opening of their markets to external competition is reflected in the number of reforms that have been pursued to give the sector the right to play a developmental role.

This study aims to highlight the reality of the private sector in Algeria and its development and the significant role it plays in achieving the economic development goals in Algeria, so that this role is evident in the statistics shown by the number of reports and research esa that we will rely on in our analysis of this study.
