Abstract EN

This objective of this study is to study the budget deficit through a econometric study of Structure of the public expenditures and public revenues for the period 1990-2017, based on the FM-OLS method and the Granger causal test.

The study concluded that there is a relationship in long-term between study variables, and there is a causal relationship Of the revenue structure to Balance of the general budget.

And a one-way causal relationship from management expenditure to budget balance The study also recommended the need to diversify sources of income, and Non-Accreditation for non-traditional financing to cover the budget deficit
