Abstract EN

The purpose of this article is to clarify the role of corporate governance in reducing the disparity of information between internal and external investors because of their knowledge of the financial situation of the company and external investors.

These issues have been discussed in our research to introduce the concept of corporate governance as they help to reduce the problem of information disparity.

The application of governance will reduce the disparity of information through the principal of transparency and disclosure.

In this study, we found that the problem of the differing information between internal and external investors is one of the most important issues that have a direct impact on financial decisions within the company, especially the decision to distribute profits.

Corporate governance plays a major role in reducing the problem of information disparity.

Reciprocal effect
