Reconciliation is one of the most important mechanisms that a family judge performs, who makes efforts to reform between the spouses due to a set of legal and judicial powers.

However, his work in this context is faced by many obstacles related to the legislative organization of conciliation itself, or other practical obstacles.

In order to achieve the goals behind the conciliation sessions, and in order to make it successful, our study has identified these most important obstacles and their causes, and then identified the most important ways to activate them positively to make the role of the family judge in the conciliation successful following some international related experiments.
