يعتبر موضوع التعاون الدولي في مجال مكافحة جرائم التوقيع الإلكتروني من أهم الآليات المعتمدة لمكافحة هذه الجرائم و تتبع المجرمين و منهم من الإفلات من العقاب نظرا لما تتميز به هذه الجرائم من خاصية أنها عابرة للحدود الوطنية و تتم عبر عدة دول.
فبالرغم من أهمية التعاون الدولي سواء على الصعيد الأمني أو المساعدة القضائية إلا أنه تعترضه عدة إشكالات تقف أمام فعاليته.
هذا ما سنحاول دراسته في هذا المقال

The subject of international cooperation in the field of combating crimes of electronic signature is one of the most important mechanismsadopted to combat these crimes and trace criminals, includingimpunity, because of the characteristic of these crimes that are transnational and are carried out acrossseveral countries.
Despite the importance of international cooperation, both in terms of security and judicial assistance, there are several problems in its effectiveness.
