It is worth mentioning that there is interconnectedness between the illegal immigration and the human rights.

Providing that immigration is a social phenomenon with a human dimension, the tangible reason behind the immigration of these individuals could be traced to the fact that they are looking for their inevitable right as human beings.

Thus, the protection of human rights kept to be a central part of the international agenda chiefly when these people's rights were neglected and kept silenced by the host country.

Though there are no systematic programs to talk about the actualreasons or objectives behind this phenomenon, in the face of rising voices calling for the protection of the fundamental rights of this group, particularly women and children, the international community has sought to formulate legal solutions to the issue of migrants wherever they may be, considering their rights primarily a humanitarian issue, with a view to restoring the rights of this group, which is deprived of the most important enjoyment of the most important Human rights.
