In light of the principle of the continuity of the state and the stability of its constitutional institutions, the President of the State, after declaring the final vacancy for the post of President of the Republic, exercises a number of competencies in ordinary circumstances as the head of the Executive Authority.

The powers of the Head of State have been determined in a negative manner in accordance with the provisions of Article 104 of the Constitutional Amendment 2016, where what goes beyond the scope of this article falls within the scope of its jurisdiction.
