So, this gives people the oppotunity to discover the causes of such these administrative decidions.

Lnowing the causes of administrative decidions has a big importance due to many raisons; the most interresting ones are the diminuation of administrative conflits and the spreading of transparency and clarity in the administrative work and solidify the relationsluip between administration and people.
