This article is based to highlight composition and powers of the supreme Council of the public function from Algeria, French and morocco, The supreme Council of the public function is the highest administrative consultative pody, it was introduced in 1966, re-established pursuant to order 06-03(2006), in order to encourage regural dialoque and supporting to promote the rule of the law, with the involvement of all those concerned(government bodies and trade unions), furthermore, the question of the composition of the supreme council and its possible enlargement must be seen in the context of the world's evolution and ever – changing challenges.
