This research includes an analytical study about the subject of the receiving for the cash money by cheque which was adopted by the Sharia Standard No.

(16) that was issued by the Audit and Accounting Organization of the Islamic Financial Institutions located in the capital of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Manama.

It also clarifies the limits of the completion of the receiving process according to the qualitative perception of the cheque as that standard as it said and in accordance to positive law as well.

This is because those standards refer for internal legislation of States to practice before any legal cases.
