The insurance broker is an insurance intermediary who can be a physical or moral person; and is considered as a merchant to commercial register; it has a very important role in the insurance activity; it is the representative of the insured.

Its role is to mediate in the conclusion of the insurance contrat between the insured and the insurance company; which implies obligations towards the insured on one hand and obligations towards the control authority in other hand
