لقد تأكد الاهتمام بحق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في العمل ضمن الإرادة الدولية والوطنية إذ تم التأكيد بموجبهما على ضرورة تمتع هذه الفئة بحقهم في العمل الذي يحفظ كرامتهم و يقيهم ويلات الفقر و نظرا لانتهاك العديد من الدول لهذا الحق تم تكريس العديد من الأليات المؤسساتية الدولية والوطنية بهدف توفير الحماية اللازمة له

Emphasis has been placed on the right of persons with disabilities to work within the international and national will, under which they stressed the need for this group to enjoy the right to work that preserves their dignity and the scourge of poverty.
