Abstract EN

The present study is summed up in highlighting the legislative aspects of the domination of the executive power over the judiciary in the context of the relationship between the two authorities; in one direction.

Through the analysis of legislative texts; being the instrument by which the said hegemony is exercised.

We concluded that it was a hegemony not justified by the flexibility of the principle of separation of powers, but rather an intervention that reflected the limitation of judiciary independence.

This latter would undermine the objectives of the judicial guarantee of rights and freedoms.
