All over the world, cities have become larger.

This is due to the overload positioning of inhabitants, and the expansion of urbanization in the Northern areas.

All this led to an increase of the population density before the urgent need to build new buildings in order to contain the spread of chaotic constructions and the urban deformation; at the expense of lands not allocated for constructions, besides the quality of urban planning.

Thus, the state has tried to control the social and environmental crisis, in addition to take rational measures that affect and organize the social housing democracy.

Striving in its urban policy so as to reduce the gap between the real production of housing and the increasing demand of it.

And this is by re-adjusting the activity of real estate promotion and its development, by adopting the policy of public rental housing promotion as an alternative formula in the rental housing directed towards a specific category of the community.

Within the framework of developing the performance of real estate promotion and the activation of urbanization, and to produce sustainable economic developmental cities.
