إن إستحداث القانون رقم 15-01 المتضمن إنشاء صندوق النفقة كان بقصد تذليل الصعاب التي تواجهها المطلقة و الأطفال المحضونين بعد الطلاق فهذا القانون كان بمثابة المنفذ الوحيد الذي تلجأ إليه المطلقة الحاضنة بغرض ضمان حقها في النفقة لها و لأولادها وذلك في حالة تعنت الزوج عن دفع مستحقات النفقة لهم

The introduction of Law No.
15-01, which included the establishment of the alimony fund, was intended to overcome the difficulties faced by the divorced woman and the children born after the divorce.
This law served as the sole recourse for the foster caregiver to guarantee her right to support her and her children.
