However, this idealism is now confronted with the realities of the family.

The legislators, including the Algerian legislator, have introduced special provisions that criminalize all acts of violence against children of any kind, and the legislator's duty to protect children from violent crimes on the one hand, and his desire to preserve the family's identity.
