يكتسي العقار الفلاحي أهمية بالغة من حيث أنه يندرج ضمن قطاع حساس ألا و هو القطاع الفلاحي و ما لهذا الأخير من تأثيرات كبيرة على الجانبين الاقتصادي و السياسي للبلاد لذلك سعت الدولة الجزائرية إلى تنظيمه و المحافظة عليه من خلال استحداث مجموعة من القوانين و الآليات من أجل حمايته و الرقي به و على رأس هذه الآليات الديوان الوطني للأراضي الفلاحية
Abstract EN
The agricultural property is of great importance in that it falls within the sensitive sector, namely, the agricultural sector and its financial impact on the economic and political aspects, so the Algerian state sought to organize and maintain it through the creation of a set of laws and mechanisms for its protection and advancement, National agricultural lands.
