Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the relationship between the work ethic and job performance.

The study based on literature review, the research model and hypothesis had been developed and measured the variables and adopted from previous studies.

Out of 150 questionnaire forms 120 had been returned which represent 80% of response rate.

The most important results showed no effect relationships between Work Ethics level and increase Performance.

And the degree of commitment of administration business ethics is weak.

so we recommend to put the right person in the right place and calls for further studies in the field.
