Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to investigate and demonstrate the relationship between motivation and innovation by studying a sample of workers in the -Algeria telecom - in Ain Temouchent which is active in the field of services as incentives are a key element of human performance in the economic institution.

First, we will try to demonstrate the theoretical relationship of the two study variables and the importance of each, at the conclusion of the study, we found that there is a statistically significant relationship between moral incentive, positive, negative and innovation.

while there is no statistically significant relationship between material incentives, positive, negative and innovation.
