Because of the great economic transformations in the world at this last Century, it has become necessary for the Arab countries in general and Algeria in particular, to works to strengthen the capacity of national economy in order to achieve the gradual integration in the global economy, through taking various: , procedures, , which contribute to creating a favorable environment and stimulating activities to bring and attract national and foreign investment, In this paper, we will try to recognize the reality of investment climate in Algeria, and comparing it with neighboring countries as Morocco and TunisiaThrough analyzing the ease of doing business index during the period 2018/2019, this study found that in spite of the gradual improvement of the investment climate in Algeria and what it provides of advantages and incentives, still the size of national and foreign investments doesn't reach the level of the available opportunities.

This has made it discouraging to attract foreign investment and develop national investment because of some obstacles that corrupt and damage business environment as a result of Algeria's delay in implementing various economic reforms, and overcoming difficulties in the investment climate
