تهدف هذه الدراسة من خلال ما تضمنته إلى قياس أثر الإنفاق العام على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر في الفترة الممتدة مابين 1990-2016 من خلال استعراض تطور الإنفاق العام بشقيه الجاري و الاستثماري و تطور الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و بالاعتماد على طرق القياس الاقتصادي من خلال فحص استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية وذلك بتطبيق اختبار ديكي فولرDickey-Fuller و استخدام اختبار الحدود للكشف عن وجود تكامل مشترك بين المتغيرات و تقدير العلاقة بينهم في المدى القصير و الطويل باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL و كشفت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن الإنفاق العام يؤثر إيجابيا على النمو الاقتصادي في المدى القصير و المدى الطويل
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to measure the impact of public spending on economic growth in Algeria during the period 1990-2016 by reviewing the evolution of public expenditure in boththe current and investment and the development of GDP.
and relying on economicmeasurement methods by testingthestationarity of data by applying Dickey-Fuller, And the use of border testing to detect the existence of a common integration of variables and the estimation of their relationship in the short and long term using the model of self-regression of the ARDL, Theresults obtained revealed that public spending positively affects Economic growth in the shortand long term.
