Abstract EN

In this study, we aim to highlight the impact of the adoption of information and communication technologies (IT, communication technology, networking technology) on the development of human competencies in various dimensions (knowledge, skills, behavior).

This study is of great importance because it addresses the most important topics of the new knowledge economy (Technology and human resource).

To answer the problem we adopted in our study on descriptive analytical approach to describe and analyze the variables of the study, The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information obtained from the public banks of the city of Geulma and was based on the Spss ver 20 program to test hypotheses.

The study concluded that the adoption of information and communication technology in the banks under study has a positive impact on the development of staff competencies.
