The study aims to examine the economic conditions of the category of koroughlis born in the Maghreb countries, bypassing the local approach to try to build a global vision of the contributions and economic roles of these groups in the Maghreb states that have experienced the Ottoman presence (Algeria, Tunisia and Tripoli West), economic activity as an integral part and strong component of the formulation of the rest of the general conditions of this social segment characterized by exceptional characteristics resulting from the marriage relationship between immigrants Ottomans and the local population.
