In the knowledge economy and the accelerating pace of technological developments, attention to knowledge makers is essential because they are very important in driving this economy, as they are the mainstay and the front engine to achieve its objectives.

The problem of the research was: What is the role of knowledge makers in improving the quality of the higher education service at Bechar University? Based on this problem and then building a hypothesis model for research and formulation hypotheses.

The questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting data and information related to research and distributed to a random sample of (38) professors From the university, to analyze the research data and then to use the statistical program (spss).

The results of the research revealed a significant correlation between the total knowledge makers and the quality of the higher education service, which makes the knowledge makers among the most important factors to improve the quality of the higher education service in the research body, so the latter should pay more attention to them and adopt them.
