تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات التدريب الفعال من وجهة نظر موظفي مؤسسات الاتصال الجزائرية –وكالات سعيدة- حيث تم توزيع استبانة على عينة الدراسة المتكونة من40 فرد من موظفي المؤسسات المدروسة ليتم معالجتها باستخدام تقنية التحليل المشترك أين تم التوصل إلى نموذج مقترح يتضمن متطلبات التدريب الفعال و الذي ضم: تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية على أساس معايير تقييم الأداءبينما تم وضع البرامج و مواد التدريب متناسبة مع المؤهلات العلمية و المهنية للمتدربين وذلك في معاهد متخصصة في الجزائر و فيما يخص شكل التدريب فهو ندوة قصيرة و تنفيذه مرتبط بالظروف و الخدمات أثناء التدريب كما اعتبرت عينة الدراسة متطلبي أن يكون التدريب إلكترونيا و بفترته متوسطة من أهم عوامل نجاعته و فعاليته
Abstract EN
The objective of this study was to identify the requirements for effective training from the viewpoint of the staff of the Algerian communication institutions - saida agencies.
A questionnaire was distributed to the sample of the study consisting of 40 employees of the studied institutions to be analyzed using the joint analysis technique.
We have reached a model that includes: Identification of training needs based on performance evaluation criteria, while programs and training materials have been developed in accordance with the academic and professional qualifications of the trainees in specialized institutes in Algeria.
The training format is a short seminar and its implementation is related to conditions and services during the course of the training, the sample of the study was considered that the training be electronically and with a medium period to be efficiency and effectiveness
