In this study, we try to address the Arab Maghreb Union as a regional organization comprising the five Maghreb countries.

The decision-makers in these countries agreed to move towards regionalization and integration in the economic aspect, especially after the international community turned to blocs in the face of economic crises and globalization.

The South East Asian Union and other regional blocs, in addition to studying the motives of these countries towards the establishment of the Arab Maghreb Union, and the obstacles facing it such as border disputes and the Lockerbie crisis, and scenarios that are expected, whether success or failure
