تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز قضية استقلالية البنك المركزي التي أحدثت جدلا واسعا بين مدارس الفكر الاقتصادي بين مؤيد و معارض و حاولنا من خلالها قياس استقلالية بنك الجزائر وفق قانون النقد و القرض على مدى طول الإصلاحات التي طرأت عليه من إصداره إلى التعديل الأخير سنة 2017 باعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي لمختلف القوانين المنظمة لبنك الجزائر و خلصت الدراسة بأن درجة استقلالية بنك الجزائر تعتبر نسبية و هذا من الجانب القانوني فقط
Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight the issue of the independence of the Central Bank, which caused a wide debate between schools of economic thought between supporters and opponents.
We have tried to measure the independence of the Bank of Algeria in accordance with the Monetary and Loan Law over the length of its reforms from its issuance to the last amendment in 2017.
The study concluded that the degree of independence of the Bank of Algeria is relative and this is from the legal side Just.
