Marriage Rulings in IslamThe issue of Muslim women has occupied a large area in the writings and interests of contemporary orientalists, and they have taken the case to defend the rights of women as a way to challenge the justice of Islamic law and distort its advantages, denouncing the legal provisions regarding Muslim women such as divorce, marriage, inheritance and polygamy rulings.

Although this hostility and distortion is the origin of writings of many Orientalists, but a group of them recognized the right and declared it, declaring bankruptcy of Western civilization in preserving women's rights and their chastity, and recognized the distinction of Islamic law in honoring women and preserving their rights.

The research highlights these moderate positions, as God commands us to deal using justice even with violators, and these moderate Western words will be an argument for the ungrateful to the justice of Islamic law, including the Orientalists and their followersThis research discusses the attitude of Orientalists regarding the provisions of marriage in Islam, by stating what is stated in Islamic law regarding the right of a girl to choose a husband and women's rights in dowry and alimony, while explaining a range of the marriage legislation in Islam.
