07, Algeria established the Independent National Electoral Authority as a new class of electoral administration independent of the executive branch.

It is in charge of the organization, management and control of elections, as well as decision-making at all stages of the election until the announcement of the preliminary results, with a view to reaching the democratic stability.

The study aims to identify the legal system governing the independent authority, its composition and powers, and to reveal its importance and role.

Consider ensuring the integrity and transparency of elections and strengthening the rule of law.
