The Interpretation of International Treaties is considered one of the most important issues in Public International Law because it is the way to clarify the ambiguities of treaties of contracting parties, especially in the implementation by states of their obligation to these treaties.

States may be subject to indequate understanding of treaties, which requires resort to their interpretation.

The focus in this study will be on highlighting the rules adopted in the interpretation of International Treaties, this is through the clarification of competent authoroties and so are the methods used in this.
