This article aims to highlight a very important subject mainly related to the legal status of foreigners present in the Algerian territory.

To try to determine the extent of the proportionality between the obligations imposed by international human charters on the question of foreigners and the extent to which Algerian laws respect these undertakings.

As he will work on the analysis of the Algerian, system related to the rights of foreigners to reveal this proportion.

Where we conclude at the end of the research an important result claiming that Algeria, through laws have worked to guarantee the rights of foreigners involving all categories.
