Abstract EN

The element that terrorist groups target through captivity and human smuggling is freedom, which is a fundamental and supreme element of the human being, because of its attachment to the mind which is the means of choice that God has instilled in man.

In order to strike this element wich is the basic of human nature, terrorist groups deliberately justify this by giving it a religious character by disseminating some doctrinal opinions without scrutinizing the degree of its credibility.

This is mainly related to two basic issues governing the element of human freedom, namely, captivity and slavery.

In addition to the above, we find that the prisoners' judgments in these groups have deviated both at the level of the legality of the war they claim, or at the level of their treatment of the so-called prisoners that the Holy Quran has determined in two ways: release, or redemption, away from physical liquidation or sale in a slave market that contradict human values.
