Regulations of the freedom to engage in commercial activities according to the Algerian legislation The Algerian legislator has established freedom of trade and investment according to the constitution, but this freedom does not mean that it is comprehensive.
The trader is obliged to apply the provisions of the law governing the profession, regulations or general law.
