Abstract AR
تبحث هذه الدراسة في التأثيرات الإيجابية للهجرة الوافدة إلى دول غرب أوربا من خلال التركيز على المساهمات الاقتصادية للمهاجرين هناك.
و تبدأ الدراسة بضبط مفهوم الهجرة و تحريرها من الفهم التقليدي الذي اعتبرها مجرد رحلة انطلاق ووصول حيث تؤكد على أنها الإنتقال الدائم للأفراد بين الدول.
كما تبين الدراسة الحاجة المزمنة و الدائمة للعمال المهاجرين في دول غرب أوربا لتعويض النقص المتزايد في العنصر البشري ضمن المستويات السفلى لهرم العمل الناجم عن التراجع الديموغرافي و عزوف المواطنين عن الأنشطة الاقتصادية الأساسية في مجال البناء الزراعة.
خلصت الدراسة إلى تأكيد الدور الذي يقوم به المهاجرون في ضمان الأمن الاقتصادي في دول أوربا الغربية من خلال مساهماتهم في استمرار العملية الإنتاجية.
هذا الأمر يجعل من الهجرة الوافدة مساهما كبيرا في بناء حاضر و مستقبل تلك الدول
Abstract EN
This study examines the positive effects of immigration to western European countries by focusing on the economic contributions of migrants there.
The study begins by controlling the concept of emigration and liberating it from the traditional understanding, which he considered only a departure and arrival trip, as it stresses that it is the permanent transfer of individuals between countries.
The study also shows the chronic and permanent need of migrant workers in western European countries to compensate for the increasing shortage of the human element within the lower levels of the pyramid of work caused by the demographic decline and the reluctance of citizens from basic economic activities in the field of agricultural construction.
