Political phenomena and concepts are amongst the most influential phenomena and concepts, as they are linked to many social, economic and cultural phenomena.

Politics is a phenomenon which is present in every phenomenon, entrenched in every action and movement.

This is why we cannot deal with a subject such as political participation without talking about its relation to other political variables and concepts.

Therefore, we aim in this search paper to attempt to shed light on the issue of political participation by talking about some variables and political and legal factors that affect the levels of political participation.

In this article, we find that political participation is influenced by a number of political and legal variables.

The nature of the electoral system, party system, therefore affects the strength or weakness of the parties, as well as the quality of the elections, and the integrity and transparency of the elections also affect the levels of political participation.
