Right in the pictureThe right in the picture is one of the inherent rights of the personality, sometimes mixed with the right to private life if a photograph is taken of a person who is practicing his private life, but in other cases the rights are separated from each other, and this is achieved if a photograph is taken of a person who is practicing his public life, as well as in the case of counterfeiting the image through the montage or by publishing it in an inappropriate context that does not reflect the truth of its owner or by using it for commercial or ideological propaganda without the owner's permission.

The responsibility in these cases is civil, and if the picture was taken in a special place, and the responsibility arising from the falsification of the picture or use is the responsibility in Article 47 of the Civil Code, which protects the rights inherent in the personality in general, and there is no special text for the right in the picture.
