Abstract EN

Matn “the concise researches in the inheritance science” is considered as one of the Fiqh books of the Maliki school which is a brief summary done by sheikh Muhammad bin Sulaiman to be as a preface in the science of inheritance where the author made it in a collection compiling the least number of phrases and the most eloquent statements and at the same time easy to be presented.

this article comes to rempve the dust off this cultural heritage, which has not been taken into consideration by any other studies, by introducting Sheikh Muhammad bin Sulaiman and his efforts in this Matn.
