This article deals with a legal and civilizational issue related to the prophet’s biography.

its aim is to clarify the legal and civilizational aspect of Islamic culture based on the rooting and scientific and applied documentation of Islam represented by the prophet’s biography.

the contemporary researcher finds the prophetic interest in legislation and rationing early in the establishment of the Islamic state, as the prophet (peace be upon him) laid the foundations and rules for a just law in order to guarantee and preserve blood, money, honor, lineage, values, rights and others.

in observing the doctrinal and organizational dimensions of Muhammad (peace be upon him), a qualitative leap in thought and law worldwide.
