تناولت في هذا البحث التشابه الحاصل بين بعض مسائل الأمر عند الأصوليين التي قد تشوش ذهن المطالع لها، ونظرا لسعة محال الموضوع المطروح ارتأيت أن أخص جهتين من جهات التداخل المطروح، إحداهما تتعلق بجهة الماهية، وثانيهما تتعلق بجهة الأثر، على أنني ذكرت عقب كل صورة من صور هذا التشابه ما ينتج عنه من آثار معنوية أو لفظية تعود على المسائل الأصولية.
Abstract EN
In this paper, I examined the similarities between some issues of command with Ulamas of Ussûl al-Fiqh, and given the breadth of the topic, I shed light on two aspects of the overlap presented, one of which relates to the essence, and the second relates to the impact, then I mentioned after each image of the similarity what results from it moral or verbal use of Ussûl al-Fiqh issues.
