This research deals with, the meaning of settlement and its ideological origins among the Jews, and how Israeli policy worked to implement it in reality, and this has had a negative impact on various aspects of the Palestinian reality, whether the religious, political, social or economic aspect, hence the importance of the subject of “the ideological origins of Israeli settlement and its disadvantages on the present Palestinian reality", as it is one of the most important topics that have to do with the Palestinian reality and what it has suffered and is still to this day from this unjust policy, in which Israel was based on religious beliefs, and as a result of which its policy parameters were marked for settlement in Palestine, on the one hand, on the other hand, being one of the political issues that have to do close to religion, a political phenomenon but its bases purely religious.
