Terrorism is among the terms that differed in its definition, as there were multiple views on it, and perhaps this is due to the multiplicity of cultures and ideologies and their differences from one society to another.

so what is considered a terrorist act in a particular society may not necessarily be so in another society as well.

this study comes to highlight the keenness of Islamic sharia in confronting the phenomenon of terrorism through the crimes of assault and Iirābah, and to highlighting its primacy in put laws to combat it, in order to protect society from the danger of these crimes, contrary to what some countries claim that Islam is a religion that incites violence and terrorism.
