Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر التكامل الفكري ما بين بطاقة الأداء المتوازن التقليدية و بطاقة الأداء المتوازن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على الأداء الاستراتيجي للشركات الصناعية الأردنية المساهمة العامة و لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة الحالية من جميع الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة المدرجة في بورصة عمان و البالغ عددها حتى نهاية عام ) 2018 62) شركة صناعية.

و قد تم اختيار عينة تضم ( 54) شركة وتشمل ( 87%) من حجم المجتمع، و تعتبر هذه النسبة مقبولة.

و تم اختيار الشركات باستخدام أسلوب العينة الطبقية العشوائية المتناسبة لضمان تمثيل جميع الصناعات حسب عدد شركات الصناعة الواحدة في القطاع الصناعي ككل.

و تكونت وحدة المعاينة من 280 موظف من موظفي الإدارات العليا و مديري الدوائر الخاصة بالأمور المالية و المحاسبية و تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإنتاج و الموارد البشرية العاملين في قطاعات الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في سوق عمان المالي للعام ( 2019)، و لغرض تحليل بيانات الدراسة و اختبار الفرضيات تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( SPSS) في التحليلات الإحصائية المختلفة و هي الإحصاء الوصفي و معامل الاتساق الداخلي ( كرونباخ ألفا)، كما تم استخدام اختبار الارتباط الخطي المتعدد باستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون، و ايضا تم استخدام تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها يوجد أثر ذو دلاله إحصائية للتكامل مابين جميع أبعاد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن التقليدية و أبعاد بطاقة الأداء لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على الأداء الاستراتيجي للشركات الصناعية الأردنية المساهمة العامة.

و كما أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات كان من أهما تدريب العاملين في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية على الاستخدامات الحديثة لتقنية المعلومات لمواكبة التطورات الحديثة و تحسين أداء تلك الشركات و خططها الاستراتيجيه المستقبلية.

فضلا عن ضرورة مساهمة أجهزة الرقابية في الشركة في تحليل مخاطر تقنية المعلومات بشكل دوري من أجل تعزيز أنشطة الرقابة الداخلية مما يتطلب ضرورة تأهيلهم بشكل يتناسب مع تلك التقنيات

English Abstract

This study aimed to know The Impact of Intellectual Integration between the Traditional Balanced Scorecard and the Balanced Scorecard for Information Technology On the strategic performance of Jordanian industrial companies, public shareholding, To achieve the objectives of this study, a descriptive analytical approach was used.

The current study community was composed of all the public shareholding industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, which numbered until the end of 2018 (62) industrial companies.

A sample of 54 companies has been selected, and it includes (87%) of the community size, and this percentage is considered acceptable The companies were chosen using the proportional random stratified sample method to ensure that all industries are represented according to the number of single industry companies in the industrial sector as a whole.

The inspection unitconsisted of 280 employees from senior management employees and directors of departments related to financial and accounting matters, information technology, production and human resources working in the sectors of industrial companies listed on the Amman Financial Market for the year (2019).

For the purpose of analyzing study data and testing hypotheses, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program has been used in various statistical analyzes, namely descriptive statistics and internal consistency factor (Kronbach Alpha).

Multiple linear correlation testing was used and Pearson correlation coefficient was also used also.

Multiple linear regression analysis was also used.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is: there is a statistically significant effect of integration between all dimensions of the traditional balanced scorecard and the dimensions of the scorecard for information technology on the strategic performance of Jordanian industrial companies public shareholding, As the study recommended a set of recommendations, one of the most important was training of workers in Jordanian industrial companies on the modern uses of information technology to keep pace with recent developments and improving the performance of those companies and their future strategic plans.

In addition to the necessity of the control devices in the company to contribute to analyzing the risks of information technology periodically in order to enhance the internal control activities, which requires the necessity of qualifying them in a manner commensurate with those technologies.
