Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة أثر هيئة الرقابة الشرعية على الإفصاح البيئي من حلال دراسة ميدانية في البنوك الإسلامية العاملة في الأردن والبالغ عددها ( 4 ) بدوك.

و لتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة و زعت على عينة الدراسة المكونة من مدراء الدوائر و رؤساء الأقسام و الشعب في هذه البنوك، حيث تم توزيع الاستبادات على هذه البنوك بمعدل ( 30 ) إستبانة في كل بنك من هذه البنوك المنتشرة في عدد من محافظات المملكة، ليبلغ عدد الاستبيانات الموزعة ( 120 ) استبانة، تم استبعاد ( 6 ) استبادات منها غير صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، و بذلك استقرت العينة على 103 إستبادة من المجتمع الكلي تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة و تضمن المتوسطات الحسابية و الإنحرافات المعيارية و معادلة الإنحدار الحطي و المتعدد، و توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ان المتوسطات الحسابية و الإنحرافات المعيارية المجالات هيئة الرقابة الشرعية مرتفعة ككل ( كفاءة الهيئة الشرعية استقاتلية هيئة الرقابة الشرعية اجتماعات الهيئة الشرعية، بيئة الضبط و الرقابة الشرعية ).

و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التركيز على الإفصاح البيئي و زيادة مستوى الإفصاح عنه، لما له من دلالة إيجابية على أن البنوك تسعى للحفاظ على موارد المجتمع، كما أنها توصي أيضا على أنه يتبعي أن لا يقتصر أثر هيئة الرقابة الشرعية على تصديف المعاملات إلى جائزة شرعا و أخرى غير جائزة و الرد على الإستفسارات المقدمة لها من إدارة البنك فقط.

استنادا الى ما سبق تشير نتائج الدراسة الى وجود أثر لهيئة الرقابة الشرعية على الإفصاح البيئي في البنوك الإسلامية العاملة في الأردن.

English Abstract

This study was conducted on a study of environmental justice in Jordan and the World Bank (4) banks.

To achieve this goal that the researcher prepared a questionnaire distributed to a sample of department managers, heads of departments and divisions in these banks, where (30) distributed (120) questionnaires were excluded (6) questionnaires, which were not valid for statistical analysis, were extrapolated to a ratio of 103 Of the total community Appropriate statistical methods were used and included arithmetic averages, standard deviations, linear and multiple regression equations, and the results of the study concluded that the mean and standard deviations for the fields of the Shari'a Supervisory Board are high as a whole (the efficiency of the Shariah Board, the independence of the Shariah Supervisory Board, Shariah Board meetings, the Sharia Control and Sharia Control).

The study recommended the need to focus on environmental disclosure and increase its level of disclosure, because it has a positive indication that banks seek to conserve community resources, and it also recommends that the impact of the Sharia Supervisory Authority should not be limited to classifying transactions to a Shari'a award and other than an award And to respond to inquiries submitted to it by the bank management only.

Based on the above, the results of the study indicate that there is an effect of the Sharia Supervisory Board on environmental disclosure in Islamic banks operating in Jordan.
