This study deals with the nature of the linguistic rolling in Arabic from the perspective of the variations made by the tongues when using, in normal daily life, and as a result of this phenomenon, two levels of discourse appeared, the level of articulation, in conformity with the grammatical rules set by the first Arabic grammarians and scholars, and the level of the colloquial, which brings together family members, friends and all groups of society outside the educational institutions at theirs various levels.

Do we judge this phenomenon negatively from the standpoint that it distorts the essence of fluent Arabic, or is it a natural phenomenon that all living languages witness? And what is the extent of its influence on the function and development of the Arabic language?
