The human- environment relationshipis a mutually beneficial, according to which the human being has the right to live in a balanced environment conducive to his health, in return for his duty to defend and protect it from threat swhichen danger its safety and destroy the future generation's share of sustainable development.

Therefore, the present study aims to clarify the legal mechanisms that the Algerian legislature has guaranteed to protect the environment from all risks that threatenit, since the right to a healthy environmentis one of the important constitutional rights that the state has the responsibility to preserve and protect by all means.
